Meet Dr. Kathy

Dr. Kathy Gaumer is a board-certified OB-GYN with over 35 years of experience, specializing in hormone balance, functional wellness (lab-driven care), and aesthetic medicine. As the Medical Director and co-founder of Regain in Kansas City, she leads a dedicated team delivering personalized care in hormone therapy, sexual wellness treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures.

Her passion for women’s health and whole-body wellness has earned her national recognition, including being named a 2024 American Heart Association Kansas City Leader of Impact for her work advancing equitable cardiovascular health.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Gaumer is a fierce advocate for survivors of domestic violence. She has proudly served on the board of Newhouse, Kansas City’s oldest domestic violence shelter, and has helped raise critical funds and awareness as honorary co-chair of the Imagine a Day Gala.
