As Front Desk Coordinator, she is often the first and last friendly face patients see, helping with everything from check-in and check-out to scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly.
Known for her warm personality and natural ability to read people, Sonja loves helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She believes that a smile, a listening ear, and a little kindness can make someone’s entire day.
