Shelby is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degree at Rockhurst University and graduated soon after with her Bachelors in Nursing in 2013.
Shelby worked at the University of Kansas Health System in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for six years before receiving her master’s in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO in 2019.
Unsatisfied with how Western culture defines difficult symptoms like aches and pains, low motivation, low libido, and fatigue as “aging,” Shelby recognized the typical signs of hormonal distress and decided to broaden her horizons into Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Believing we can change the trajectory of aging from inside and out, she pursued further education in Dermatology and Aesthetics, achieving her Botox and Dermal Fillers certification through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. She is trained in nearly every functional and aesthetic treatment offered here at Regain and seeks out further education whenever she can.
Shelby truly enjoys connecting and building relationships with her patients. She has a passion for helping people feel their best by boosting their confidence and improving their quality of life.
Shelby lives in Olathe, KS, with her husband and 2 little boys where they enjoy time with family and friends, playing sports, and being outside.
